Belgian Chocolate Mousse with Honeycomb

Ingredients:
Dark belgian chocolate 33% (cocoa butter 10%, sugar, cocoa mass 46% soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), cream 26%, pasteurised eggs 26%, sugar, raising agent sodium bicarbonate.

Allergens are highlighted in BOLD

Baked in a kitchen which uses wheat flour, therefore may contain traces of gluten, not suitable for Ceoliacs.

 

Collection from the bakery is always preferred if possible.  We will send you a confirmation for collection times, if you have not received this please feel free to give us a ring. Please give a minimum 5 days notice as this is a one-woman show!  Deliveries are also possible via courier service just contact us here.
